Rick brings a dynamic mix of leadership experience, operational excellence, and people-focused management that will further strengthen the company’s field and office collaboration.
Rick joins Sterling after serving as Operations and Safety Manager at Pro AV, where he oversaw a team of approximately 65 field technicians across three locations. He brings with him a broad background in safety, operations, and human resources, along with credentials that include OSHA 10 and 30 certifications. A veteran of the Military, Rick’s leadership style emphasizes structure, accountability, and respect. All qualities that align seamlessly with Sterling’s core values. In his new role, Rick will focus on enhancing communication and coordination across field crews, dispatch, and the sales team, while driving continuous improvement in operational procedures.
