Dan has been part of Sterling since his teenage years, starting at age 16 as an entry-level mover in the field. While attending Northeastern University he held part-time summer and co-op roles across Sterling’s Finance and Sales teams. He began his full-time career with the company after graduation.
Dan progressed through operations leadership roles including Assistant Dispatcher, Dispatcher, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. Today, he serves as Owner. President, and CEO of Sterling Corporation, working alongside his father, Jerry, to guide the company’s long-term strategy and growth.

Mark joined Sterling in 2024 as Executive Vice President of Sales, bringing over a decade of leadership experience across the moving and logistics industry.
